Self Training
About Self Training Classes: Self training classes are available for any student who has a good understanding of the basics in pole. These classes are self-guided, where you can work on your favourite moves, strength or flexibility training, or practice combos or routines. A supervisor will be present, however they are not available for spotting. You are responsible for your own warm up and cool down and students must only train moves they are comfortable in. We encourage all students to do self-directed training to continue their personal progression. Icarus also offers a wonderful facility, with 4.3m tall 45mm brass poles which are ideal for competition preparation. Obtain clearance from the instructors before booking into self-training classes. Cancellation Policy: You can amend or cancel your booking up until 4hrs before the class start time. If you need to cancel after this time, please contact the studio directly. We are understanding of emergent situations. You can book into classes up until 4hrs before the class start time. If you would like to book a class after the cut-off, or have difficulty with your booking, please contact the studio directly to confirm class is going ahead as scheduled.
