Level 1 - 2


About Level 1-2 Classes: This class is designed for students that are new to pole fitness, returning from a hiatus, or have graduated from the beginner block course. You will learn basic movements such as spins, climbs, seats, and basic holds, while working towards your inverts and laybacks. It focuses on developing proper and safe techniques, as well as building strength, awareness, and confidence to prepare you for Level 2 - 3 Classes. No matter your level of fitness, strength, age, gender, or body type, all are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. All regular classes are for those 18 years and above. For those 12-17 years old please see our Junior Pole classes. Cancellation Policy: You can amend or cancel your booking up until 4hrs before the class start time. If you need to cancel after this time, please contact the studio directly. We are understanding of emergent situations. You can book into classes up until 4hrs before the class start time. If you would like to book a class after the cut-off, or have difficulty with your booking, please contact the studio directly to confirm class is going ahead as scheduled.
