Junior Pole - Term 2

About our Junior Pole Classes: Our junior classes are designed to keep adolescents active while having fun. We work to develop their spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, flexibility, strength, and self-confidence through teaching them basic pole sport moves. Pole sport skills can be compared closely with the type of skills seen in gymnastics training. Class structure will include a guided warm-up, conditioning, basic pole sport moves and combos, and cool-down. Please contact the studio for any queries. Important Information: Junior Pole classes are booked per term. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space and remaining payment is made at the first class. A minimum number of students are required for the term to run. If the term is canceled by Icarus Pole Fitness prior to term start dates, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
