Beginner Block Course

The Beginner Block Course is designed as an introduction to the basics, ideal for those brand new to pole looking for a structured starting point. The course runs one 55 minute class per week for 8 weeks on the scheduled time and date.

Feature Courses

Each feature course will focus on a specific skill or style inside of, or complementary to, pole fitness. There will be a wide range of courses throughout the year hosted by both Icarus and guest instructors. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media for course announcements.

Junior
Pole

We offer Junior Pole classes that run once a week alongside school terms. They are designed to be an age-appropriate education of pole sport, for students between the ages of 13-17 who wish to develop their strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Pole sport for juniors can be closely compared to gymnastics training.
